February 20th: Chocolate, Cocktails, and Cannoli


WATERTOWN, NY – The Jefferson County Historical Society will host a winter fundraiser: Chocolate, Cocktails & Cannoli, on Thursday February 20, 2020 from 5:00 – 7:00pm at the Paddock Mansion on 228 Washington Street, Watertown, NY. Reservations can be made by calling 315 782 3491. Tickets are available for purchase on Facebook and Eventbrite: $20 for members, $25 for future members.

At Chocolate, Cocktails & Cannoli, it’s Valentine’s Day all month long! Support local history while indulging in decadent dessert cocktails, homemade cannoli and fabulous sweet treats! Enjoy the live sounds of musician Chuck Ruggiero, while visiting with friends, family and loved ones. Hor d'oeuvres, dessert and an open wine and beer bar is included in the ticket price.

The Jefferson County Historical Society documents and preserves a record of our county and its people to engage audiences in a dialog about our unique history; what it means to us today and what it should mean for our future. Our vision is that through our efforts, reflection on the past will become an active part of community dialog and decision-making.

The Paddock Mansion is home to a beautiful two-leveled Victorian Garden; a perfect venue for weddings and professional photographs.  Available Spring through Fall by appointment.

We offer a variety of services providing a unique Victorian Experience for your upcoming event. Your conference, meeting, or wedding can take place in an authentic Victorian setting.


The beautifully-restored Victorian garden provides an idyllic setting for your wedding or special party. To assist in easing the planning of your wedding, we offer a wedding arch, chairs, and tables.

Meeting Rooms and Facility Use

The society maintains a 1,200 sq. ft. gallery, reception area, and meeting rooms to accommodate up to 50 people within the Paddock Mansion.


The facilities are available for public use on a contract basis, when available.
